This privacy policy describes how Moodley – Playlists from photo (“the App”), developed by Paolo Risso (“we”, “us”, the “Data Controller”), collects, uses, and shares user data.

1.1 Registration and Authentication Data

• Email address and password (if you sign up with email/password)
• Name, email address, and profile picture (if you sign in with Google Sign-In or Facebook Login)
• Spotify access tokens and profile information (if you connect your Spotify account via the Spotify SDK/OAuth), including the permissions you grant to create and manage playlists on your behalf

1.2 User-Provided Content

• Photos you choose to upload or share with the App for music playlist generation
• Playlist names, descriptions, emoji, and other metadata for the playlists you create

1.3 Technical and Usage Data

• Diagnostic and crash information (via Firebase Crashlytics), used to identify and fix technical issues
• Basic device identifiers and technical information (device model, operating system version) required for the App to function

1.4 Sharing From Other Apps

If you share an image with Moodley from another app on your device (using the “share to” feature), that image is received and processed by the App in the same way described in section 1.2.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect solely to:

• Let you create an account and sign in to the App
• Analyze the photos you upload to generate personalized music playlists
• Create and manage playlists on your Spotify account, at your request
• Save and display your playlist history
• Improve the App’s stability and performance through crash and error analysis
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
